Not surprisingly since author Randy Vogt lives in the Northeast United States and has refereed mainly there, New York and New Jersey lead in sales per state with rather strong sales in California, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts as well. Among cities, sales are strongest in New York City, Los Angeles, the Bay Area and Washington DC.

Among Canadian provinces, it’s the West that leads as Saskatchewan and Alberta, then Ontario, are currently tops in sales.
